raden saleh-badai

lukisan sang maestro raden saleh yang berjudul badai yang tertata dan terbingkai di Galeri Nasional jakarta.
masih sangat indah  dan terawat. menurut saya ini sangat indah karena lukisan ini mungkin lebih tua dari umur ku .terbingkai .rapi dalam memori indahnya masa lalu.

hai haisalah orang bukan basuki abdullah tapi ini karya dari pembuka seni rupa modern raden saleh, aku baru tahu dari ny ani  baca buku dari galnas , raden saleh ini ternyata salah satu pelopor pelukis klasih.

Deskripsi lukisan:

Seniman sangat ingin mengatakan gejolak jiwanya yang terombang-ambing antara keinginan menghayati  dunia imajinasi ideal dan dunia nyata yang rumit dan terpecah-pecah dari petualangan penghayatan seniman cenderung mengungkapkan  hal-hal yang dramatis, emosional, misteri dan imanjiner. Namun demikina para seniman romantisme sering juga berkarya berdasarkan kenyataan actual.

Dalam lukisan badai ini dapat dilihat bagaimana raden saleh mengungkapkan perjuangan dramatis dua buah kapal dalam hempasan badai dahsyat ditengah lautan. Suasana tampak lebih menekan oleh kegelapan awan tebal dan terkaman ombak-ombak tinggi yang menghancurkan salah satu kapal dari sudut atas secercah sinar matahari yang memantul kegulungan ombak, lebih member tekanan suasana yang dramatis. Walaupun Raden saleh berada dalam bingkai romantisme tetapi tema-tema lukisannya kaya variasi,dramatis dan mempunyai nilai vital yang tinggi.
